Q: How to register for visiting the exhibition?
A:
1. For First-time visitors
- Visit the official website and select "Visitor" > "Visitor Registration"
- Register your account and make sure your email address is active/correct to receive the confirmation email
- Complete the visitor registration questionare to receive the visitor QR code
2. For Returning visitors
- Log in to your account through "Member Center"
- Complete the visitor registration questionare to receive the visitor QR code
Q: How to confirm that my visitor registration is complete?
A:
There's 2 options to confirm your registration is completed :
1. Email Confirmation Letter
- A confirmation letter containing a QR code will be sent to your registrated email.
- Please keep the QR code or print it out to be scanned on the day of the exhibition to enter the showground.
2. Check Visitor Records in the Member Center
- Log in to the Member Center and go to "Visitor Records."
- If your 2025 exhibition record is displayed, your registration is successful.

Q: What should I do if I did not receive the visitor registration confirmation email?
A: If you have not received the confirmation email, follow these steps:
1. Check Visitor Records in the Member Center:
- Log in to your account at "Member Center" and verify if your 2025 exhibition record is available.
2. If there is no visitor record:
- Go back to "Visitor Registration" and submit the questionnaire again.
- The system will resend the confirmation email.
3. If registration is complete but the email is missing:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- If the email is still missing, please contact the event organizer and provide your registered email.
- Alternatively, use the QR Code in the Member Center's "Visitor Registration" page for entry.
Q: What should I do if I lose my QR Code?
A: Follow these steps to retrieve your QR Code:
- Log in to the Member Center.
- Go to "Visitor Records" and find your 2025 exhibition QR Code.
- Options:
- Download or take a screenshot in advance.
- Log in to the Member Center on-site and present the QR Code.
Q: What if I forget my Member Center password?
A: On the Member Center Login, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Q: How can I update my membership information?
A: Please follow the steps below
- Log in to the Member Center.
- Click "Member Information."
- Select "Edit Member Information", make changes, and save.
Q: Is there any food available at the venue?
A: Yes, there are some restaurants inside the exhibition hall, and various dining options are available nearby.

- For vegetarian or halal options, some restaurants have vegetarian menu available, please ask the cashier or waiter/waitress to inqure
Q: Is parking available at the venue?
A: The Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center 1 has an underground parking lot.
Q: Can I take photos or videos at the exhibition?
A: Generally, photography and filming are allowed, but please do not disturb others or disrupt the exhibition/onsite activities. Some booths may have special restrictions—please check on-site notices.
Q: Is there a cloakroom or storage service at the venue?
A: Yes, a storage area is available on-site with additional costs.
Q: What attire is recommended?
A: It is recommended to wear formal to semi-formal comfortable and lightweight clothing and shoes.
Q: Can children enter the exhibition?
A: The exhibition is restricted to visitors aged 12 and above.
Q: Can I bring pets to the exhibition?
A: For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the venue.
