iFISH-AFS-WFCAI feeder Machine

The cost of aquaculture feed accounts for approximately 50-60%. In traditional farming methods, feed is dispensed using timers, with predetermined amounts calculated for each day. Once the feeding device is set with the desired flow rate, it automatically dispenses the feed. However, in cases where fish or shrimp are not consuming the feed well, without real-time adjustments to the dispensing quantity or the ability to shut down the feeding machine, overfeeding is likely to occur. This leads to wasted feed, increased farming costs, and deterioration of water quality, resulting in a loss rather than a gain.

To address this issue, we have developed an intelligent feeder with features such as AI recognition, dual-side flow adjustment, and feed weight monitoring. It can recognize and monitor the feeding behavior of fish, dynamically adjust the dual-side feed flow of the feeder in real-time, and stop feeding when the fish are not consuming well. It alerts the aquaculturist to prevent financial waste and water quality degradation. This solution can save anywhere from 10% to 30% of feed, depending on circumstances
