The SpeedDigester K-425, K-436, and K-439 are advanced infrared digestion devices from BUCHI designed to enhance laboratory digestion efficiency. These digesters can reach a maximum temperature of 580°C and accommodate between 5 to 12 sample positions, making them suitable for various digestion applications, including Kjeldahl nitrogen determination, micro-Kjeldahl, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), hydroxyproline, and aqua regia digestion.

Key features include:

1. High Efficiency and Throughput: Infrared heaters rapidly transfer heat to samples and cool quickly, accelerating digestion steps and increasing sample processing throughput.

2. Versatility: Compatible with various BUCHI sample tubes (100 mL, 300 mL, 500 mL) and compliant with ISO 6060 standards for COD and other reflux digestion methods.

3. Safety: The sealed suction module effectively transfers harmful gases, and when used with the K-415 Scrubber, ensures operational safety and prolongs the life of the fume hood.

4. Diverse Applications: Suitable for a wide range of applications, including Kjeldahl nitrogen determination, COD, hydroxyproline, and aqua regia digestion, with appropriate glassware options available based on specific needs.

Additionally, the BUCHI SpeedDigester is designed for convenience, featuring a drip tray for safe storage of suction devices and saving workspace. Each heating chamber can be operated independently, with manual temperature settings ranging from 1 to 10, and offers multiple suction module options to meet different application requirements.
