Aiwuu's TCR/TDR rotary milking parlor, equipped with the KUKA KR IONTEC series robots, can seamlessly integrate with both existing and newly constructed rotary milking systems. Through collaborative control, these robots perform pre-milking care and post-milking dipping, fully automating tasks that previously required human labor. This ensures the health of the dairy cows and guarantees the quality of the milk.
The KR IONTEC is a highly flexible robot known for its excellent working range within its class, suitable for various applications with payload capacities ranging from 20 to 70 kilograms. It boasts a maximum reach of 3,101mm, making it adaptable to floor, wall, and inclined surfaces. Its compact design combines the largest working range in its category, optimizing space utilization in smaller footprints. The robot features waterproof and dustproof straight-arm wrists and protected motors, making it suitable for nearly all application areas. Additionally, the Foundry option extends its usability to extremely hot environments ranging from 0°C to 55°C.
