KR QUANTEC PA Arctic

Designed specifically for ultra-low temperature applications, the KUKA KR QUANTEC PA Arctic stacking robot is developed for the stacking of refrigerated pallets. It requires no protective cover and lacks mechanical heating devices. Pioneering technology sets it apart globally, making it the optimal choice for stacking robots, especially in the food industry.
The KR QUANTEC PA Arctic, a flexible stacking robot, operates fearlessly in freezing environments as low as -30 °C. It efficiently stacks layers of ice cream, meats, fish, and other frozen products. Derived from the mature KR QUANTEC PA product series, it is adapted to withstand cold conditions without requiring a protective cover or mechanical heating devices. With a reach of up to 3,195 mm and load capacities of 120, 180, and 240 kg, this robot excels in precise stacking and placement tasks with short cycle times and high flexibility. It stands out as the only robot in the market that operates in frigid environments without a protective cover, ensuring gentle handling of food products while maintaining cost efficiency. Its direct connection to flange-mounted cable carriers underscores its suitability for ultra-low temperature applications, making it an ideal choice for reliable and efficient stacking operations in refrigerated spaces.
