Chansen rice 7 was selected from crossed a yellow endosperm mutant with a fragrant rice mutant line, both from the IR64 mutant library. The yellow endosperm and aroma traits are tested in each generation, and the rice is selected to obtain stable yield and high quality. and a new indica-type yellow endosperm aroma rice variety with good eating quality.
