Chansen rice 6 was selected from crossed a yellow endosperm mutant line screened from the IR64 mutant pool, and CS4, contained fragrance trait of mutant line from the TNG67 mutant pool, and its reciprocal cross were conducted to study the inheritance of yellow endosperm and to combine the aroma trait to develop new rice variety with yellow endosperm and fragrance.
