Government Support and Standardized Operations
REIDER has continually strengthened its standardized operations, core competencies, and innovative technologies with the backing of government talent cultivation programs. For five consecutive years, they have received various honors and recognition. Notably, in 2022, REIDER was awarded the Taichung City Outstanding Industrial Innovation Award in the technical innovation category, with the award personally presented by Taichung Mayor Lu Shiow-Yen.

In 2023, REIDER became a core member of the Low-Carbon Industry Sustainable Development Alliance and served as a key member of the Digital Committee, helping to promote and connect the green value chain in the manufacturing industry. The same year, they achieved the qualification of technical service institution by the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, successfully passing 3 major categories and 12 sub-items in one go. REIDER also became a counseling unit for various projects promoted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs to optimize manufacturing processes. The most representative project in 2024 is the low-carbon counseling project for Shuter, which aims to establish a low-carbon automated production line by October 2025.

They have introduced lean management and smart energy-saving training systems within the company. REIDER has completed greenhouse gas carbon inventory operations internally and benefited greatly from the introduction of green technology in their R&D equipment. In 2024, REIDER plans to lead government carbon inventory counseling projects, including those for Lu Thai Precision Machinery, Ji Jin Technology, Taiwan Machine Tool, and Xian Gou Technology, continuing to promote the development of the green value chain. The same year, REIDER won accolades at the Tanyashen Association’s Lean Presentation Competition, further affirming their comprehensive integration services in lean automation and smart energy-saving.
