Laundry detergents sold by Marvel in Taiwan were awarded a Green Mark in 1998, and Marvel is also an active participant in government environmental protection initiatives, such as the Sanyi Guaizi Lake remediation project, which was implemented by the Water Resources Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs between 1997 and 1998.
